We chose to have them pre stain the wood using their method of completely dipping all the wood for full coverage, well worth the cost. Best quality materals and methods. They don't subcontract the labor, RMF employees show up to do the work. They arranged for me to get some matching stain to do the fence on the other side of the house without having to try to find a compatable match. There can be several weeks wait during peak season. We are in an area of Star that used to be a river once upon a time.  As a result, the dirt is rife with river rock and makes digging of any sort exceedingly time-consuming and nerve-wracking.  I can honestly say Rocky Mountain Fence's guys were challenged but they still did a great job and fulfilled their promise of a good product.  They still dug down the two feet (6in past what the other companies promise).  I'm a pretty picky person when it comes to people doing what they say they are going to do.  They finished the posts along a 60ft line, and as I looked down the line, they were perfectly in-line and vertical.  It was awesome.  RMF of idaho really, truly did an outstanding job and we are very happy with the results. Mark and his crew made quick work of my gates and flag pole base! Some fence companies won’t take the time to just do gates. Mark came over to check the job and found I had two different fence styles and bid the job so they would match each side. Other companies quoted me over the phone and would not have caught this. Extremely please with Rocky mountain! The quality of material, the workers, the contacts, and everything in-between was flawless. We had a tough project that not only was a pain in the butt, but took a lot of extra time. We had sooooo many rocks they had to plow through to get the post set. They got it done seamlessly. I had to call them when our trampoline took flight during a wind storm & crashed into my neighbors fence. Mark came out right away to take a look. He was very knowledgeable, professional & overall a really nice guy. I got the quote the same day & it was reasonably priced. I highly recommend Rocky Mountain Fence & Construction without any hesitation at all!  We had two projects a few years apart – the first was a large ornamental iron fence for our newly build home – 1.5 acres, so it was somewhat of a large project.  We had researched this project extensively and after meeting with several different companies we went with Rocky Mountain Fence & Construction.  Competitive pricing but even more important to us was the interpersonal interaction with the company.  Extremely nice, polite, knowledgeable and went out of their way to make sure all questions were answered the project was exactly as we wanted (I think they might characterize us as “needy” customers to some degree but my wife and I never felt that way at all).  The project was started and finished on time despite some weather issues and turned out absolutely beautiful! Because of our excellent experience with the company, we again went with them to add a fence around our newly built inground pool.  Another seamless experience!  The company truly went above and beyond to make sure we had all of the information and an appropriate safety barrier for the pool for our kids and dogs making sure we met all guidelines from the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (we again went with a 6-foot ornamental iron with an added lower barrier for our small dogs).
